Earn Your PDD Credentials

Every school is a breeding ground for Purpose Deficit Disorders™ (PDD), which is an unseen enemy that is causing teachers to teach from a place of weakness. Now you can earn the only certificate in the world for equipping educators with skills for working smart in minimizing the influence of PDD in the classroom.

My Research

THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION IS AT STAKE AND THE RESEARCH BEHIND THIS COURSE EXPLAINS WHY YOU SHOULD ENROLL.

TITLE: Why Am I Here? Examining the Relationship Between Purpose and Career Advancement

My work gives me a unique advantage for helping educators to rewrite the codes for teaching from a place of strength. Understanding my passion for helping teachers achieve career success is important, but you also need to see the scholarly research that supports the methodology behind creating your action plan.

On March 6, 2023, Chalkbeat the nonprofit news organization that covers public education across America, co-published an article with USA Today titled "Teacher Turnover Hits New Highs Across the U.S."

"The data is in: More teachers than usual exited the classroom after last school year, confirming longstanding fears that pandemic-era stresses would prompt an outflow of educators."

Although I cannot tell you what to do with your career, I can at least provide a resource that will help in whatever career you choose. It's obvious that the education system in America is in peril. If something is not done to help teachers renew their strength for education, the future will not be so bright for students.

TEACHERS ARE LOSING THEIR WHY:

"Why Am I Here?" has become a mantra for teachers across the country. They are searching for answers to improve their why for being in the classroom. My research is an important component for helping teachers to answer the above question. It is based on a macro theory of motivation that revealed breakthrough solutions for not only helping educators to discover a new why for being in the classroom, but make a quantum leap in mental stability and motivation.

The Educator's Edge  course is an advanced form of personal growth that exposes the two layers of professional development. Understanding the two layers of professional development will not only help you improve classroom management, but help you join a new breed of educators who are mastering skills to renew their strength for education.

WATCH THIS SHORT VIDEO TO SEE HOW THE TWO LAYERS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS AFFECTING WHAT YOU DO IN THE CLASSROOM

THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION:

The future of education is not solely dependent on how well we help students raise standardized test scores. The future also depends on how many teachers are putting in the work to raise their Intuitive Growth™  Performance Scores, which occurs on the second layer of professional development.

Unfortunately, most teachers are unaware of the two layers of professional development. They spend time on the first layer to improve classroom management, but the second layer is a blind spot in their professional development. The second layer is where educators rewrite the codes for teaching from a place of strength. It is also responsible for why teachers are losing their why for the classroom because they are:

  • Locked out of the strength that comes from purpose
  • Without skills for keeping their edge
  • Stuck in a system that causes them to work hard and not smart

If you desire to succeed in today's post-COVID classroom, you can no longer gamble teaching without doing the work that is required to improve your Intuitive Growth™ Performance Score. My job is to coach you on how to lean into a new level of genius so you can create an action plan for minimizing the risk for losing your why. Your action plan will also help you to benchmark where you stand on renewing your strength for being in the classroom.

Start a Support Group in Your School

My 26-years in education allowed me to witness how PDD locked teachers out of the strength that comes from purpose, which postured them to teach from a place of weakness. In spite school sponsored professional development, teachers struggled to find the strength they needed to endure the rigors of the classroom. I created the Educator's Edge™ support group so teachers could find strength in the number of educators who are committed to winning the battle against PDD. When you enroll to earn your PDD credentials, I will also coach you on how to start a support group in your school.

This course is for you if you have:

  • More than 10 years in education and want to multiply your impact in the classroom
  • 5-10 years in education and want to preserve your mental stability and motivation
